Hi I am Nastassja from Charleston SC. I am licensed to sell Real Estate in the states of Florida and North Carolina and happily travel between both states to assist my clients to achieve the goal of homeownership. I became interested in Real Estate in 2014 when I wanted to sell my first home to purchase another and had so many questions, and wasn't confident that I could do it. Since then I have purchased 4 more, including investment properties. There's so many misconceptions with homebuying about the credit score you need, the timelines, the down payment needed, and etc. it can be overbearing and discouraging and that's where I found myself in the beginning until I became a Realtor, got educated about the programs available, and connected myself with the right lenders who make the process easy and successful. I am very knowledgeable on all loan types including VA loans as I was previously married to a Retired Disabled Veteran from the Army who served 22 years, which now in return, our oldest sons have followed the same footsteps and are active duty in the Army as well. As a independent mother of 3 boys, I understand how nerve wrecking and difficult the process of buying or selling a home can be, as I have personally been in both positions many times myself.
